The after party begins

Greetings from Juli.

CFCR finishes 29th out of 70

Congratulations to the team with a strong first showing. The cut off was just announced at 16... So the team is finished for 2010.

Thanks everyone for your support. See you back in the gym.

What is the cut-off?

Worst case scenario - Castle Rock finishes 29th. Will that make the cut?

Stay tuned....

Team comes to the track

Get ready!

First team heat is underway

The CFCR team is checking in for their 12:45 start.

Cool shirt slogan

"A gym without chalk is a spa"

Next CFCR team event should be 12:45 pacific

Will post if that changes.

Team will be late

Trying to nail down the time, but the team heat 1 now starts at noon pacific.

More soon.

Team is getting nervous

Please post some motivation! This is a perfect workout for them! Help get them pumped.

CFCR finished 1/8th of the final buddy carry

The team did not quite finish in the 12 minute workout, but nearly did. Fewer teams are finishing than not.

When I get any standings, I will pass them along.

Catching up?

Thrusters are slow, but the pullups and carry seems faster.

Tenth to the pullups

Shannon!

THESE ARE HEAVY THRUSTERS

They are on

Team is ready

It is hot and muggy but the clouds keep coming in and threatening to be overcast - which would cool things down.

The team is in the warm up area and are coming out in just a few minutes.

Be sure to check out the live broadcast to watch all the action.

First event details (thanks Trevor)

looks like the 1st event is 2 rounds of 70 thrusters (105/155), 50 pullups, carry your buddy? is that correct? 155 is nuts!

Location of the first event.

It is hot here, this is going to be a factor.

10:30 pacific time is CRCF first event.

I can't find a white board, but it involves thrusters and a buddy carry.

This place is crazy.

In processing into the army took less time.

I hope the gate people get more efficient... This could become a major mess.

Here...we...GO!

At the entrance. This place is huge.
